Our Return Policy:

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with the size, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your safety vest, and we will replace it with correct size. There are no refunds just an exchange within 3 days

CO2 Canisters are not returnable or exchangeable.

All returned products must be returned, unused, in the original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions. Please hold on to all packaging instruction manuals etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the correct size. If the vest has been worn and used, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer/retailer

Return for a warranty claim.

Prior to shipping, the retailer and/or customer must contact customer service. Customer service may request pictures.

The company at its sole discretion will determine if the product is covered under warranty. If the claim is not deemed a warranty claim, the customer/retailer will have the option to repair, replace or have the vest returned to them.

The company at its sole discretion will determine if the vest is repairable or will be replaced.

The company may provide a loaner vest if available.

The company does not guarantee a turn around time.
